Rodent Control

Q: How do I know if I have a rodent infestation?

A: Droppings are visible in multiple areas, (e.g., attic, cabinets/drawers, garage, bathroom vanity, etc.).

Q: What are the dangers of having rodents in my home?

A: Hantavirus and other pathogens can be transmitted to humans and pets.

Termite Control

Q: How do I know if I have termites?

A: Swarmers emerge in late spring to early summer and may leave their wings near window sills or door frames (attracted to light). You may also find cream-colored termites under flagstone or in mulch beds.

Q: What damage can termites cause to my home?

A: Termites hollow out wood from the inside, damaging structural integrity. They can warp or damage door/window frames and build tunnels inside walls, causing paint to bubble and peel.
