We then schedule a time for one of our certified technicians to visit your home to perform a detailed inspection.
During our inspection, your Pest Exit technician will be extremely thorough so that we can develop a treatment plan that meets your individual needs. Our inspection includes:
- Looking in the attic
- Inspecting soffits
- Identifying points of entry
- Finding cracks and crevices
- Looking at the surrounding area to determine where pests might be coming from
- Looking for signs of current or past pest activity
- Identifying conducive conditions, such as areas of moisture or harborage
Once our inspection is complete, we base our initial treatment on the current pest activity that we identified. Our technicians are skilled in several treatment methods and will determine which ones to use based on your homes’ situation.
Communication is very important to us; we make sure that we keep you informed throughout every step of the process while we are at your home. In addition to providing, you with information about the products we use, and we also educate you on things you can do to help prevent pests in the future.
At Pest Exit, our follow-up services are on an as-needed basis. Once your initial treatment is complete, we will work with you to determine if a regular follow-up schedule is necessary and, if it is, how frequently treatments are needed.
